Do you only work with hotels?
No. Hospitality is one half of what I do. The other half is practical AI and automation for any business that wants to turn manual, repetitive work into systems that run on their own. If it costs you time or money by hand, it is probably something I can help automate.
What is Guestally?
Guestally is the guest communication and upsell platform I founded. It gives hotels and short-term rental operators one inbox for every channel and AI that answers guests and upsells them before, during, and after their stay. It is also where a lot of my hospitality systems get proven before I bring them to clients.
How do you work with clients?
Same three steps every time. First I learn how you actually work, every tool and every place money slips out. Then I design a system around your size and the way you operate, and show you the plan and the payback before I build. Then I build it, get it working, and hand you the keys so you own it.
How much does it cost?
It starts with a short call, on me, to figure out whether I can actually help. I do not put anyone on a retainer until the scope is clear and the payback makes sense. Every engagement is shaped around what you need, so the honest answer is that we talk first, then I put real numbers in front of you.
